Our popular gymnastics birthday parties take place on Sundays (subject to availability).

Why have a gym party?

There are several advantages to a gym party...

• Large, safe space for children to burn off their energy and enjoy themselves
• Fun, structured activities
• Accredited coaches to lead the activities while you relax with a cup of tea in the kitchen!
• Healthy exercise for the guests
• You can go home and relax afterwards!

How much does it cost?

The price varies depending on the number of gymnasts.

• 12-15 gymnasts: $16 per head
• 16-20 gymnasts: $15 per head
• 21-24 gymnasts: $14 per head
• 25+ gymnasts: $13 per head

What is included?

Approx 90 minutes in the gym, with accredited coaches. This includes warm up, games and gymnastic activities on floor and other apparatus such as beams, bars, rings and trampolines. You also have access to our kitchen/party room from 30 minutes before your party. The gymnasts will usually have a break for snacks after about 45 minutes, and the last 15-20 minutes is time for cake and presents while the coaches pack up the gym.

We don't provide catering, due to food handling regulations, but we can provide cooker, microwave, pie warmer, fridge, freezer and water heater, as well as crockery and glasses if required (you are responsible for washing up and clearing up in the kitchen).

What ages/group sizes can be accommodated?

Our minimum group size is 12 gymnasts, and the largest party we have hosted so far was for 25 gymnasts. Our main age range is 5-11 years, but we can tailor parties to younger or older gymnasts if required.

How do I book?

Contact us by phone or email. To make a provisional booking we will need to know:

• Your preferred date
• Your preferred time (popular times are 10am-12pm,or 2-4pm, but we can accommodate any time between 9am and 6pm, subject to availability)
• An approximate number of gymnasts (we will confirm exact numbers just before your event)
• The age range for the majority of gymnasts
• An address or phone number for you

Within a couple of days we will acknowlege your request, advise if the date is available, and start looking for coaches. We will confirm your party as soon as possible if coaches are available, or provide as much notice as we can in the rare event that we are unable to staff your party. Your confirmation letter will contain all the details you need. A non-refundable $50 deposit is due once your party is confirmed.
